KNOW BEFORE YOU ATTEND...
    • NON-MEMBER ATTENDANCE: We encourage Presenters from Ohio and the entire Midwest to join us for this year's Conference. OAPN-Members and Non-Members are welcome. Non-Members will pay an additional $100 for registration. 

    • FLYING IN/FREE SHUTTLE: When you fly into the Detroit Metro Airport (DTW), OAPN will provide a complimentary shuttle service from the airport to your downtown Toledo hotel on Sunday, September 11 and Monday, September 12 (6 AM-11 PM). A shuttle will be available from your downtown Toledo hotel on Thursday, September 15 (6AM-11PM). More details TBA. Secondary airport option is the Toledo Express Airport TOL.

    • ADDITIONAL GUESTS? This year, as long as one person from your organization registers at full price, you can bring up to three additional guests from your organization at a discounted guest rate.  This is good for all attendees including Presenters and their team members, Agencies and additional agents, Self-represented artists and additional assistants, etc. 

    • EXHIBITOR BOOTH. Exhibitor booths include an 8' wide X 2.5' deep booth table with tablecloth, chairs, wastebasket, pipe & drape and the option to add electric. Your booth space will be 8' wide x 10' deep. You will be located inside the Glass City Convention Center and the entire area will be carpeted and contained between two airwalls. There will be 110 available booths available. [possibility to add additional booths]

    • FREE PRE-CONFERENCE EVENTS: Starting at 3 PM on Sunday, September 11, you can enjoy a free NAPAMA Pre-Conference Networking Event! Join your colleagues to kick off the 2022 OAPN conference at a fun and productive event on Sunday afternoon. Hosted by NAPAMA, at the Renaissance Hotel from 3pm to 5:30pm, this relaxed business+social gathering will be an opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and make new connections across roles in the industry (presenters, agents, artists, and more)!  Open to all conference attendees.

    • EXHIBIT HALL CODE OF ETHICS: Coming soon

    • JURIED ARTISTS: Announced!

    • Juried Showcasing Artists (and band mates) may attend Conference activities the day of their juried showcase (excludes meals), including access to the Exhibit Hall, only if they have self-representation or Agency representation. Juried Artists may only accompany a person from their organization who has purchased a 3-day registration and an exhibit hall booth (this can be an Artist within the group or their Agent.) No Juried Artists are permitted to conduct business in the hallways of Exhibit Hall, only within a purchased booth space. 

    • CLOSING NIGHT PARTY: The Closing Night Party is limited to the first 200 registrants due to space size. This will be hosted at the Toledo Museum of Art Glass Pavilion. A 3-course strolling dinner will be provided plus a cash bar. There will also be karaoke, prizes and good times.

    • DRESS CODE: Business casual

    • BRING BUSINESS CARDS: Don't forget to grab a stack to pass out. 

    • ENTER TO WIN: During our Closing Night Party, guests will have the chance to win an array of gifts from free conference registration, annual membership, exhibit hall booth to Toledo themed gift baskets! Winners will be drawn during our closing night party. Must be present to win. 

    • WALKABILITY: The 2022 Conference is nearly 100% walkable.
