COVID-19 POLICY: At this time, OAPN will follow the Covid-19 policy in place at The Valentine Theatre. OAPN2022 will have a Discretionary Mask Policy while indoors at all conference related events.  In working with the Lucas County Health Department it has been approved that masks are discretionary if Lucas County is in the YELLOW or GREEN zone but masks will be mandatory if in the RED. We will continue to keep our attendees updated and will increase safety precautions if the County goes into the RED zone. OAPN strongly encourages all attendees to bring Covid rapid-tests and to test upon arrival and throughout the conference. If you feel sick at any time, we ask that you refrain from attending. 

The 2022 Midwest Regional Booking Conference presented by OAPN will include three days of Juried & Independent Showcases, Exhibit Hall hours, Professional Development sessions, Plenary & Keynote speakers, Speed Networking, and daily catered meals. Meals Include: Three days of breakfast or snack options, two lunches, one dinner, Opening Night Party hors d'oeuvres, Closing Night Party dinner, and an all-day coffee & tea bar. Cash bars will be available at select events.

OAPN offers multiple ways for OAPN-Members and Non-Members to attend and experience our 2022 Midwest Regional Booking Conference. Non-Members will be able to attend for an additional $100 fee. Non-members have the option to become a member prior to registering in order to save.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Conference attendees will have the option to add up to three additional guests to their 3-day Registration. All guests must be part of your organization. Additional guest fee is $320/person (includes Closing Night Party) or $300/person (does not include Closing Night Party).

JURIED & INDEPENDENT ARTISTS may attend Conference activities the day of their showcase (excludes meals), including access to the Exhibit Hall, only if they have self-representation or Agency representation and a purchased booth in the Exhibit Hall.

FREE Shuttle: Conference attendees who fly into the Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) have access to a FREE SHUTTLEWe have expanded our FREE Shuttle services so that all attendees schedules are met. No matter what day you are flying in or out, Extreme Class Limo service will take care of all attendees' itinerary and will provide our guests with shuttles during all fly-in/out times. 

Pre-Conference Gathering: Starting at 3 PM you can enjoy a free NAPAMA Pre-Conference Networking Event! Join your colleagues to kick off the 2022 OAPN conference at a fun and productive event on Sunday afternoon. Hosted by NAPAMA, at the Renaissance Hotel from 3pm to 5:30pm, this relaxed business+social gathering will be an opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and make new connections across roles in the industry (presenters, agents, artists, and more)!  Open to all conference attendees.

Independent Showcases will take place at the Renaissance Hotel.
